The Rhine Cycle Route follows the Rhine for its 1.233 km, from its source in the Swiss Alps to its mouth in the North Sea. Along the way, it passes through six countries, diverse landscapes, and nine UNESCO World Heritage sites. Numerous castles and palaces, historic towns, and steep vineyards line the route, bearing witness to the Rhine's rich history.
